Quant Pilot Member Participation Agreement
For purposes of this Agreement, ‘Company’ refers to Quant Pilot, a product of Global Transformations LLC.
MEMBERSHIP & FEES
Payment & Subscription Structure:
Fee: Quant Pilot is a membership based program and fees will be charged in 3 phases:
• PHASE 1 - Initiation: $2,499.00 (include first 30 day subscription)
• PHASE 2 - Day 30 and Day 60: $99/Month (Graduated Subscription)
• PHASE 3 - Day 90 Onward: $499/Month (Graduated Subscription)
Subscription-Gated Access:
ALL TOOLS ARE SUBSCRIPTION BASED and REQUIRE ACTIVE SUBSCRIPTION to ACCESS. It is the sole responsibility of the member to manage their subscription.
Non-Refundable Payments:
ALL PAYMENTS are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE, including the one time membership fee of $2,499.00. Any and all subscription charges are NON-REFUNDABLE.
No refunds will be issued in the event we, in our sole discretion, suspend, limit, or terminate your access to the Website or any of our products and services.
Chargebacks, Payment Disputes, and Fraudulent Claims:
By enrolling in Quant Pilot and completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms and Conditions, including the strict NO REFUND policy. You agree that: You will not initiate any chargeback, payment dispute, or reversal with your bank, credit card provider, or payment processor for services rendered. Any attempt to initiate a chargeback or dispute after accessing the program, tools, or services will be considered a breach of this Agreement. In the event of a chargeback or dispute: Quant Pilot reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your access to all services without notice. You agree to be fully responsible for any fees, costs, or expenses incurred by Quant Pilot as a result of such dispute, including but not limited to administrative fees, payment processor penalties, and legal fees. Quant Pilot reserves the right to provide this Agreement, proof of access, usage data, and all relevant communications to the payment processor or financial institution to contest and dispute any chargeback or claim. Any fraudulent or abusive chargeback behavior may result in further legal action to recover damages.
Subscription Billing Cycles:
Management of Subscription renewal and/or cancellation is solely the responsibility of the user/member. The Service is billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing Cycles are currently set on a monthly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions of this agreement, unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription with 30 days notice by contacting our customer support team email: info@quantpilotai.com. A valid payment method (credit card) is required to process the payment for your Subscription. You shall provide us with accurate and complete billing information including full name, address, state, zip code, telephone number, and valid payment method information. By submitting such payment information, you automatically authorize us to charge all Subscription fees incurred through your account to your payment instrument. Should automatic billing fail to occur for any reason, we will issue an electronic notice indicating that you must proceed manually, within a certain deadline date, with the full payment corresponding to the billing period as indicated.
Subscription Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. In the event you choose to cancel, Membership Initiation and Current period subscription are both NON-REFUNDABLE.

Recommended Professional Trading Setup: Trading View Premium (allows 15s chart and access to custom charting tools) and dual monitor configuration (27” Monitor for best field of vision).
CONFIDENTIALITY & IP
Non-Disclosure of Program Content:
Quant Pilot intellectual property and education program are wholly owned subsidiaries of Global Transformations LLC. The content of the Quant Pilot program and its assets contain intellectual property which includes but is not limited to: proprietary methods, processes, forms, templates/layouts, text, graphics, logos, images, other information as well as the compilation thereof, and any software used in the Quant Pilot Program. As a member, you hereby agree NOT to disclose, reproduce, resell, redistribute or share any information, materials, strategies, or trade alerts provided to you by Quant Pilot with anyone other than another member of the Quant Pilot program that you are participating in, its owners, contractors, and other paid members. Any discovery of such action will result in immediate cancellation of membership and be pursued and prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. In addition, you shall not share any information provided by other Quant Pilot members outside of the bounds of the paid member community, unless you receive express written permission from such other participants to share the information.
Single-Use License Grant:
Quant Pilot Members are granted a single-use, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the program content and technology resources. The Member hereby agrees they will not modify, publish, transmit, reverse engineer, share log-in credentials, participate in the transfer or sale, create derivative works, or in any way exploit any of the content, in whole or in part, including trade alerts found in the Quant Pilot program.
No Ownership Transfer:
Member agrees that they do not acquire any ownership rights to any protected content. Quant Pilot does not grant the Member any licenses, express or implied, to the intellectual property and/or assets of Quant Pilot or its licensors except as expressly authorized herein.
IP Violation Immediate Termination:
The Member hereby agrees that any infringement or violation of Quant Pilot intellectual property and or assets shall result in immediate termination of the license granted hereunder. Member access to the Quant Pilot program will be terminated immediately, and member shall not be entitled to a refund of any portion of the fees.
Content Usage Restrictions (Detailed):
The service is intended for private individual users. Brokers, brokerages, hedge funds, institutions, etc. are NOT permitted use under this license and would need to acquire a different service.
You may not redistribute or sell service. This service is for personal use and it cannot be white labeled, redistributed, rebroadcasted, used in forums or discords or shared in any way.
You may not download, stream capture, store in a database, archive or otherwise copy any part of the Website, Content or Trade Alerts; upload, sell, rent, lease, lend, broadcast, transmit or otherwise disseminate, distribute, display or perform any part of the Website, Content or Trade Alerts; license or sublicense any part of the Website, Content or Trade Alerts; or in any way exploit any part of the Website, Content or Trade Alerts. You are strictly prohibited from modifying Content; creating, distributing or advertising an index of any significant portion of the Content; or otherwise creating derivative works or materials that otherwise are derived from or based in any way on the Content.
Trademark Protection:
Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of the Company, its licensors, or their affiliates. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans of this Service are the trademarks of Quant Pilot.

As a member you understand and acknowledge that there is a very high degree of risk involved in trading ANY financial markets/instruments. With respect to day trading ALL financial markets, there is considerable exposure to risk, including but not limited to, leverage, creditworthiness, limited regulatory protection and market volatility that may substantially affect the price, or liquidity of Futures, Stocks, Crypto, Options or Currency Values.

Quant Pilot assumes no liability for any trading losses you may incur.
Faculty/Affiliates May Hold Positions:
Quant Pilot faculty and members may or may not hold positions from alerts or using the tools in the program in the equities, derivatives, forex, commodities, metals or crypto markets discussed within the website/course/training/mentor sessions, or other assets such as Facebook Groups, Linked-In, You Tube, Instagram etc. Quant Pilot MAY ENTER AND EXIT SUCH POSITIONS AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON.
Margin / Leverage Risk:
When trading margin accounts that utilize high leverage market movements have an impact on your equity proportionate to the amount of leverage or multiple you have employed. The possibility is present that sustained losses could be greater than or exceed your equity balance. Risk reduction is the sole discretion and responsibility of the user/trader not Quant Pilot.
Broker/Dealer Execution Risks:
Users should read and understand their brokerage/dealer account documentation and agreement, disclosure documents and trading regulations carefully so that you fully understand limitations and policies regarding executions of trades (specifically fulfillment of price upon entry and exit), leverage, margin, and stops and the impacts/negative effects to your equity/account balance. Brokers/Dealers may take counter position to your position and determine the best available price to enter and exit trades, this may substantially impact price which may increase exposure when executing and/or liquidating said position. Regulations, oversight and governing bodies may not be subject to local jurisdiction. Users should be aware and understand the potential impact of utilizing online software furnished by brokers and dealers in regards to trade execution. Account access, delays in response and trade execution time may be affected by Broker/Dealer or market conditions.
Platform / Technology Risk:
Members should be aware of risks and limitations associated with participating in both regulated and/or unregulated - centralized and/or decentralized exchanges. In addition, users should be aware of limitations and risks associated with participating via online or internet based solutions such as software and hardware configurations and the risk associated with regards to failure of those software and or hardware "systems and platforms". This includes but is not limited to Quant Pilot local and remote servers, as well as broker and trade platform performance.
Day-Trading Specific Risks:

Trade Alerts Disclosure:
Quant Pilot sends "trade alerts" to end users via Telegram when conditions are identified by the system. Quant Pilot cannot guarantee due to technology limitations that end users will receive the alert before the opportunity can be evaluated or acted upon, nor guarantees that the alerted trade will occur as the conditions and other variables upon which the alerted proposed trade is based may not materialize. Further, Quant Pilot does not guarantee that you will be able to execute the same trade at the alerted price or your position size as market conditions change rapidly. Quant Pilot encourages you NOT to simply copy alerts/trades in your own account without proper analysis or understanding current market conditions. Trade alerts are presented to help you learn how to make trade decisions for yourself. You understand and agree that you alone are responsible for your own trading activity and trade decisions.
No Signal Service / Interpretation of Alerts:
Member understands and agrees that Quant Pilot does NOT provide trade signals, trade recommendations, or directives to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument. All alerts, notifications, and outputs generated by Quant Pilot are the result of automated data aggregation, technical analysis models, and algorithmic processes. These outputs are provided for informational and educational purposes only and require independent interpretation by the user. You acknowledge that: 1) Alerts are NOT instructions or commands to execute trades. 2) Alerts may be incomplete, delayed, or no longer relevant at the time they are received. 3) Market conditions may change rapidly, rendering any alert obsolete. You agree that you will not interpret any alert as a directive or guaranteed trading opportunity, and you assume full responsibility for any action taken based on such information.

CHANGES & MODIFICATIONS
Fee Modification Rights:
We may, in our sole discretion and at any time, modify the Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. We will provide you with 30 days prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after the Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
Right to Modify Terms:
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. You will be given 30 days notice prior to any changes. All changes are effective immediately when we post them and apply to all access to and use of the service(s) thereafter. YOUR CONTINUED USE OF OR ACCESS TO THE WEBSITE/TOOLS/ALERTS FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF ANY CHANGES CONSTITUTES BINDING ACCEPTANCE OF THOSE CHANGES.
Right to Modify Service:
We reserve the right to modify, withdraw, discontinue or amend the Service(s), and any material(s) we provide on/in the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. We may update the content on this Service from time to time, but its content is not necessarily complete or up-to-date.
INDEMNIFICATION
Indemnification:
You agree with the information in this document in full and accept full responsibility for your decisions, actions, trades, profit or loss, and you agree to hold Quant Pilot and any officers/agents/contractors/educators/members of this information and technology harmless of any liability and/or responsibility for adverse reactions in any and all ways.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Quant Pilot (Global Transformations LLC) from and against any and all claims, actions, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, demands and costs of any kind, including, but not to, reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of, resulting from, or in any way connected with or related to (1) your breach of these Terms; (2) your breach of any representations or warranties; or (3) your violation of any law or the rights of a third-party.
USER CONDUCT
Prohibited Uses:
You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the Service:
Other than personal educational use, NOT to be used in an institutional capacity. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm any one in any way. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material of any kind. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Company, a Company employee, another user, or any other person or entity. Use any robot, spider, or other automatic device to access the Service. To redistribute alerts. Introduce any viruses, trojan horses, worms, logic bombs, or other material that is malicious. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any parts of the Service. Attack the Service via a denial-of-service attack.
User Responsibility Code
To participate effectively in the Quant Pilot program, all members are expected to operate with discipline, awareness, and personal accountability.
1. Independent Decision Making
Quant Pilot provides data-driven tools & alerts based on Data aggregation. All trade decisions must be made independently by the user. You are responsible for evaluating every setup before taking action.
2. No Blind Reliance on Alerts
Alerts are data driven recommendations - not instructions. Market conditions can change rapidly, and alerts may become invalid within seconds. Acting without context, confirmation, or awareness of current conditions increases risk significantly.
3. Awareness of Market Conditions
You are expected to maintain awareness of key market dynamics, including but not limited to:
Market open volatility (NY Open, major session transitions), High-impact economic news (“red news” events), Liquidity conditions and sudden shifts in momentum, Trading during these periods without proper understanding carries elevated risk.
4. Risk is Constant — Outcomes Are Not
Every trade begins with defined risk. Outcomes evolve based on: Market behavior, Execution quality, Risk management decisions, PROPER TRADE MANAGEMENT, No alert, tool, or setup removes risk from trading.
5. Execution Responsibility
You are solely responsible for: Entries and exits, Position sizing, Stop placement, Trade management, Do not “set it & forget it”, Differences in execution timing, pricing, and decision-making will directly impact results.
6. Continuous Learning & Skill Development
Quant Pilot is a tool - not a substitute for skill. Members are expected to: Develop an understanding of market structure, Improve decision-making over time, Use alerts as a supplement, not a replacement for common sense, judgement or skill.
7. Personal Accountability
By using Quant Pilot, you acknowledge that: You are responsible for your trading outcomes,
You accept all risks associated with your decisions, You will not rely solely on any tool, alert, or system.
Final Principle: Quant Pilot enhances awareness—it does not replace it. Successful use of this system requires discipline, context, knowledge of market principles and independent thinking.
Submissions/Use of Communications:
Members agree that Communication in Quant Pilot community(s) is subject to and may be used for advertising/marketing purposes. Anything that you submit or post to our communication channels and/or provide us, including without limitation, photographs, testimonials, ideas, know-how, techniques, questions, reviews, comments, testimonials, and suggestions (collectively, "Submissions") is and will be treated as non-confidential. We shall have the right to use, copy, distribute, display, publish, perform, sell, lease, transmit, adapt, and create derivative works from such Submissions by any means and in any form. You represent and warrant that you are the owner or have sufficient rights to share the Submissions with us. Quant Pilot does not guarantee anyone's success or that anyone will earn/experience the results that are portrayed on this Website. TERMINATION
Company Right to Terminate:
Quant Pilot reserves the right to terminate your access to the Website or any of its products or services if it determines that you (1) do not comply with these Terms; (2) provide false, inaccurate, or incomplete information; (3) engage in any conduct that would otherwise harm any of the Companies' rights or interests; or (4) for any or no reason whatsoever without prior notice to you. Quant Pilot and its affiliates and its partners may, in their individual discretion, transfer, without further consent or notification, all contractual rights and obligations pursuant to these Terms if some or all of Quant Pilot's business is transferred to another entity by way of merger, sale of its assets or otherwise.
